Alexander, Jules Gary (25th September 1943-Present)

He is a guitarist, bassist and singer born in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In the early 1960s he was with the group The Men and then became a founder member of the group The Association in 1964, also recruiting musicians Brian Cole and Jim Yester . He left them in 1966, but returned in 1968 until 1973. He rejoined them again after they had reformed in 1979 and stayed with them until 1988. He and Russ Giguere, also of The Association , formed the group called Bijou. He also played on Hoyt Axton’s album Southbound.
