Baker, Adrian (18th January 1951-Present)

He is a singer and musician born in England whose parents were professional musicians playing big band swing music in theatres and clubs throughout England.

At age four his mother started teaching him to play the piano and he later studied music at the London Institute of Music. He was also playing the electric guitar from the age of 12.  He turned professional when he was 19 and started touring with The Pebbles who recorded their two released records at Abbey Road.

His first solo album was Into a Dream in 1975. His reggae version of the Four Seasons song “Sherry” reached the Top 10 and the follow-up “Candy Baby” made Record of the Week on Radio One.

He has been part of Gidea Park, Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons and was a member of The Beach Boys intermittently between 1981 and 2004. He is currently performing with Papa Doo Run Run.
