Trumpeter who has been a member of the Capriccio Salon Ensemble, the Netherlands Radio Symphony Orchestra, and the V.S.O.P. Big Band.
In 1975, he played bugle and piccolo trumpet on Alias Berger’s album, Linke Liedjes. The Capriccio Salon Ensemble unveiled Portrait in 1992.
On 6th February 1994, Albert was the trumpet du jour in a performance of Gian Carlo Menotti’s “The Unicorn, the Gorgon and the Mantichora” and Ab Sandbrink’s “Poemen van QuerulijnXaverius, Markies de Canteclaer van Barneveldt” at the Muziekcentrum Vredenburg in Utrecht.
The Netherlands Radio Symphony Orchestra and Groot Omroepkoor rang in the holidays on 21stDecember 2002 with Roel van Oosten’s “Quatre Noels Anciens”, Arvo Part’s “Cantus in memory of Benjamin Britten”, Alexandre Tansman’s oratorio, Isaie, le Prophete, and Ralph Vaughan Williams’ “Fantasia on Christmas Carols”.
On 25th February 2007, the V.S.O.P. Big Band presented a jazz concert at Het Oude Tolhuys in Utrecht.
