Chapman, Norman (31st December 1937-July 1995)

He was a drummer from Liverpool who The Beatles discovered after hearing him practicing above the offices of the National Cash Register Co.   He was asked to play for them, and he did so after Tommy Moore left the band in July 1960.

He had to leave prematurely as he was called up for National Service after only appearing with them three times.

He died suffering from cancer in 1995.
