Cobb, Kevin

He is a trumpeter and teacher from Bowling Green, Ohio, who made his first solo performance with the Toledo Symphony when he was 15 years old.

He studied at the Interlochen Arts Academy, the Curtis Institute of Music and The Juilliard School and since starting his career has performed as a soloist and member of the American Brass Quintet .  He has recorded many commercials for TV and radio and has released a solo album entitled One.

In the field of musical education he has been on the faculties of the Aspen Music Festival and the Juilliard School and later has taught at the SUNY Stony Brook and the Hartt School.
