She is a singer-songwriter, producer, dancer, choreographer and actress who has performed at many of the major US venues. Appearing in several movies and on television she has been seen in programmes and films that include The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and with Johnny Carson, The Late Show with David Letterman, Today on NBC, National Treasure, Book of Secrets, Coyote Ugly, Gone in 60 Seconds, Con Air, Armageddon, and Anti-Trust to name a few.
From 1991 to 1997 she was a member of the Coral Reefer Band with Jimmy Buffett and appeared on most of his albums and videos from that period as well as his latest recording and video where she played a part in a short with Harrison Ford and also with Jimmy Buffett on his tour.
Working with many other artists and fronting several bands in her professional singing career she has been heard with Michael McDonald, James Taylor, Sheryl Crow, Clint Black, Lenny Kravitz, Don Henley, Paul Simon, Bonnie Raitt, Gloria Estefan, Glenn Frey, Joe Walsh, Jerry Garcia, Little Richard and Aaron Neville . She has appeared on several recordings including her own Rain and features with other artists on Claudia Squared with Claudia Christian, Swing Cat Stomp by the Swing Cats, Real World by Tin Drum and Fruitcakes, Beach House on the Moon, Banana Wind and Barometer Soup and Christmas Island by Jimmy Buffett .
Other sides of her professional career have seen her as the Ultima II cosmetics girl for Revlon and a swimsuit model.
