Jazz violinist and longtime member of Stan Kenton’s orchestras: He appears on the simplistically titled 1950 and 1950-1951, as well as 1943’s Retrospective, 1950’s The Innovations Orchestra, and The Kenton Era, released on CD on 20th February 2007.
When he wasn’t playing dates with Stan Kenton, Anthony assisted on Art Pepper’s Too Young and Frank Sinatra’s 1979 boxed set, Trilogy. He also appears on the anthologies, Jazz Profile and 50 Sublimes Chanteuses de Jazz: 1940-1953.
