Harkness, Gordon

Vocalist who attended Brigham Young University and was a member of their a cappella choir in the mid-to-late ‘60s, then went on to record an LP of covers called “The Singer”.  He performed background vocals with Frank Sinatra on his 1979 boxed set, Trilogy and also appeared with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir on one of their PBS Memorial Day specials, singing “This is My Country”.

On 3rd May 2008, he performed in concert with pianist Bob Bailey at the 42nd Annual Art Ball in Springville, Utah.
