He was a singer with the Choir of the Cathedral of St. Louis and a board member of the Cathedral Concerts. The Concert performed by the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir was held in his honour. With the St. Louis Cathedral Choir he performed on their holiday recording Christmas at the Cathedral.
He had been a past president of Helein Insurance, Insurance Enterprises, D.H. Helicopter (Fostaire Helicopters) and Greystone Condominium Assn.Insurance Enterprises and has also been a board member of several banks and Quincy University. He had also been a member of the U.S. Coastguard Aux. flotilla 3-8 where he had twice been Vice Flotilla Commander.
He passed away in November 2008 when he was 57 years old.
