She is a singer and choir director known for her mezzo-soprano and alto performances.
A member of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra & Chorus and the Robert Shaw Festival Singers she has appeared in many concerts with them as well as on several recordings. These recordings include Angels on High: A Robert Shaw Christmas and Songs of Angels: Christmas Hymns & Carols.
In 1993 she became the director of Collegium Vocale, who are the resident choir of EmoryUniversity in Atlanta, and stayed with them until 1999. With them she led two concerts yearly at Emory, and also several external to the university, and during her time with them they became a non-profit making independent ensemble.
As a choral director and guest conductor she has also led choirs that include the Paideia Schoolin Atlanta and the Chancel Choir and has also been present at, and held, many masterclasses and workshops.
