Trombonist who has been a member of the Netherlands Radio Chamber Philharmonic, the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra, the Netherlands Radio Symphony Orchestra, and the Netherlands Wind Ensemble.
He appears on the CDs, Guus Janssen: Keer / Dans van de Malic Matrijzen / Passevite / Bruuks / Verstelwerk and Peter Ypma plus eleven.
On 21st December 2002, the Netherlands Radio Symphony Orchestra and Groot Omroepkoor rang in the holidays with Roel van Oosten’s “Quatre Noels Anciens”, Arvo Part’s “Cantus in memory of Benjamin Britten”, Alexandre Tansman’s oratorio, Isaie, le Prophete, and Ralph Vaughan Williams’ “Fantasia on Christmas Carols”.
The Netherlands Radio Chamber Philharmonic performed in a program that included Sir Peter Maxwell Davies’ “Linguae Ignis” and “Seven in Nomine”, Franz Joseph Haydn’s “Notturno in C”, and Felix Mendelssohn’s “Nocturne Op. 24”, on 29th November 2009.
