He is an English countertenor who began singing at Canterbury Cathedral. He was offered a choral scholarship at King’s College, Cambridge and sang every day in the chapel alongside studying theology. He sang with the college a cappella group and sang all over the world as a choir member, with his own six-man ensemble the Acappellafellas, and as a soloist in concerts and opera. He became a member of the King’s Singers in January 2001.
