American Brass Quintet, The

This ensemble made its debut on 11th December 1960 and their promotion of brass chamber music has since become internationally known.  They have performed concerts in every state in America as well as Europe, Asia and Australia.

They are in residence at the Aspen Festival and the Juilliard School and have been hailed by publications including Newsweek, the American Record Guide and the New York Times.  Composers such as Virgil Thomson and Ewan Ewazen have commissioned them.   They have performed over 100 premieres and they have made over 35 recordings
