Adagio for Piano and Orchestra (Nanes)

(Richard Nanes)

This piece of neoclassical music has been likened to Pachelbel and Rachmaninoff.  Listeners are divided on Nanes’ music, some calling it beautiful and some banal.  You can judge for yourself by having a listen to the CD single or mp3 after which it was named.  It was released on 14th March 2000, and features the London Philharmonic Orchestra, with the composer at the keys.
