We All Stand Together

(Paul McCartney)

This song written and recorded by Paul McCartney in 1980 featured on the 1983 album Pipes of Peace, with the single only being released in the UK.

The Frog Chorus comprises St. Paul’s Choir and the King’s Singers.  It is from the animation Rupert and the Frog Song, which was released as an accompaniment to Give My Regards to Broad Street in theatres. Rupert the Bear was a favourite character of Paul McCartney as a child and after he had bought the rights to Rupert he recorded the soundtrack for a full-length film, which never transpired.

Originally released in 1983, it reached No. 3 in the UK chart in June 1984 and No. 32 in 1985, and was awarded an Ivor Novello Award for Best Film Theme of 1984.
