Comer, Terry “Tex” (23rd February 1949-Present)

He is a bass player born in Burnley, Lancashire, England who was the bass player for the bands Warm Dust and  Ace .

The song “How Long” which was a hit for Ace, was written about Comer leaving the band briefly to play with Sutherland Brothers and Quiver and his subsequent return to the band.

He went on to join the Frankie Miller Band along with Paul Carrack and Fran Byrne . In the mid 1980s he was in the group Back to Back.

He has appeared in the film Riff-Raff and the TV Series Beat-Club as a band member.
