Edgett, Bryan

He is a trumpeter, conductor and teacher who studied at the University of Northern Colorado, Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Bowling Green State University.

As a musician he has been a member of the Pro Christo Brass Quintet, Tim Zimmerman & The King’s Brass and the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia and solo trumpeter for two field bands of the US Marine Corps.

In his guise as a conductor and music director he has led the Eastern Winds, the Jazz Ensemble and many productions stages by Eastern University.

He has often written articles and making conference appearances for the International Trumpet Guild.  In musical education he has taught at eight colleges and universities including as Affiliate Artist at Cairn University School of Music and Director of Instrumental Activities at Eastern University, Pennsylvania, since 1998.
