Gentry, William

Trumpeter with 24-Carat Black on their one and only album, Ghetto:  Misfortune’s Wealth.

William went on to join the funk group Shotgun and appeared on their first three albums, Shotgun, Good, Bad and Funky, and III.  He also appears on Groovy, Vol. 1:  A Collection of Rare Jazzy Club Tracks.
