Comer, Terry “Tex” (23rd February 1949-Present)

He is a bass player and songwriter born in Burnley, Lancashire, England, who was a member of the band Ace .

The song “How Long” was written about Comer leaving the band briefly to play with Sutherland Brothers and Quiver and his subsequent return to the band.

He was a member of the group Warm Dust and also went on to join the Frankie Miller Band along with Paul Carrack and Fran Byrne.  In the mid 1980s he performed in the group Back to Back.

He has appeared in the film Riff-Raff and the TV Series Beat-Club as a band member.
